Returns

Should you wish to return your item(s) for any reason you can do so within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us via email on support@sparite.co.uk that you wish to return the items, quoting your original invoice number. Items must then be returned within a further 14 days, we recommend you use a tracked postal or courier service. All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and must be in a resalable condition. Once we have received the items we will refund your purchase price, excluding any carriage charges (if applicable). You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning the items to us.

Damaged Items

All items are carefully packed to avoid being damaged but should you be unlucky enough to receive any items that are damaged please notify us via email on support@sparite.co.uk stating the original order number or invoice number. Please explain the issue and attach photographs of any damage. Once this has been assessed we will send a replacement item to you free of charge.
