Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason you can do so within 14 days of receiving the items. Please notify us via email on support@sparite.co.uk that you wish to return the items, quoting your original invoice number. Once we have received the items we will refund your purchase invoice in full, including any carriage charges (if applicable). All items must be returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging and must be in a resalable condition. You are responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning the items to us.
All items are carefully packed to avoid being damaged but should you be unlucky enough to receive any items that are damaged please notify us via email on support@sparite.co.uk and will send a replacement item to you free of charge.
